Review and assist in quotation preparation for both our Sales Team and customers based on application and specifications provided
Provide key dealer support for Metso, Masaba, Anaconda, and others to the Toromont Sales Team
Analyze, interpret and provide business recommendations for strategies based on trends in data from preventive maintenance and repair history
Lead activities involved with commissioning/demo of equipment for customers, including organizing shipment dates, logistics, on-site technicians, etc.
Remain current on market trends and recognize opportunities for further business growth
Manage inventory of Crushing products at various Branches within the Dealership territory

Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
Effective time-management and planning skills with a sense of urgency
Minimum of 5 years of applications experience in Aggregates Crushing Industry
Solid understanding of all Crushing component solutions on the market.
Willing and able to work flexible hours in support of business needs
Customer centric with solid understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment repair options and the effects on customer's business/downtime
Adaptable to multiple and often changing schedules and priorities in a deadline driven environment
Excellent communication, relationship building/management and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse cross functional groups
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and other customer based systems
Proven sales and financial acumen with the ability to grow and develop in sales to support Toromont’s crushing strategies
Understanding of aggregate product flow and able to demonstrate proficiency in electronic solutions (ie. Metso Bruno and Aggflo)
