- Leads a development team on large, complex, high-risk projects. Supports sales teams by identifying opportunities and serving as technical expert. Conducts needs assessment of potential customers. - Leads preliminary Data collection and Modeling efforts for assigned opportunities. Leads or supports detailed development of large projects (>$2M). Validates assumptions made during solution design. Builds a detailed development budget and scope. Works with operations team and out side partners to develop project estimate and scope of work as well as a preliminary & detailed energy savings & financial model (ROI) for assigned projects. Assists in preparing proposals and other customer communication documents.
