The Team Lead position requires managing a direct and indirect team of 25‑50 professionals.

The role involves managing BPO supervisors and processors in accounts payable, collections, and sales; delivering timely data, MIS, and metric reports; collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure accuracy; resolving quality control issues; meeting productivity targets; following and introducing procedures; mentoring and motivating the team; identifying training needs and working with the training function; conducting regular performance evaluations; training new hires to align with company standards and culture; and maintaining professional communication with internal customers.

• Manage a team of BPO Supervisors and processors across accounts payable, collections, and sales.
• Produce timely reports, MIS, and related performance metrics.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure work accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve quality control issues in problem queues.
• Achieve or exceed individual productivity targets.
• Follow established procedures and integrate new ones into daily workflow.
• Mentor team members to maintain high performance and motivation.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the training function.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team.
• Train and onboard new hires according to company standards and culture.
• Maintain professional and productive communication with internal customers.
• Apply common‑sense reasoning to written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally handle objects less than 30 lb as part of light physical tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience, six years in audit, accounts, or finance, and at least two years of team‑management experience. Required abilities cover document interpretation, mathematical calculations, common‑sense reasoning, proficiency with accounting and office software, problem solving, strong verbal and written communication, and the capacity to operate in a fast‑paced, urgent environment. Team‑management skills such as scheduling, absence management, and coaching are also essential.

The work environment is an office setting that may require occasional light physical effort (handling objects under 30 lb), rare exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, toxic chemicals), and occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, or extreme weather.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least four years relevant experience; alternatively high school diploma plus four years experience.
• Minimum six years experience in audit, accounts, finance; two years in team management.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting departmental reports, emails, and vendor correspondence.
• Strong arithmetic skills for calculations such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Knowledge of accounting software, databases, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective problem‑solving, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, urgent work environment.
• Team management skills including scheduling, absence management, and coaching.
• Rare exposure to occupational hazards such as cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals.
• Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, or extreme weather conditions.
