The cost manager will be responsible for delivering all aspects of cost management services, covering the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.

- Ability to manage multiple projects for a variety of public and private sector clients.
- Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
- Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on procurement, cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation
- Prior experience in managing teams internally and externally
- Understanding a variety of project types/sizes/sectors. Healthcare, Education, Defence, Commercial, Residential, Industrial sector experience would be advantageous
- Ideally you will live locally to the office or be willing to relocate
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills

- A clear work history and proof of professional development and learning
- Understanding of RIAI/GCCC and NEC standard forms of contract would be advantageous
