Assist the Logistics Manager in routing deliveries to appropriate site locations
Ensure documentation is stored efficiently and accessible for audits and inspections

Manage booking requests and scheduled deliveries in collaboration with the CWA team
A site-based support role within the GSA logistics function, assisting the Logistics Manager in the coordination of deliveries, storage, and site attendances.
This role contributes to the efficient execution of the logistics programme and supports compliance with project requirements and parent company procedures.
Support the implementation of logistics plans and traffic management strategies
Monitor delivery performance and report issues or delays to the Logistics Manager
Assist in the development of improved logistics workflows and digital tracking systems
Adhere to GDPR in the handling and storage of personal and operational data
Liaise with suppliers and delivery drivers to confirm access arrangements and timings
Attend site logistics meetings and contribute to planning discussions
Promote a safety-first culture and support continuous improvement in logistics operations
The Logistics Assistant works closely with site teams and the CWA (Civils Works Alliance) to manage bookings and plan scheduled deliveries, ensuring smooth and safe logistical operations across geotechnical sites.
Maintain delivery records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Ensure all logistics activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards
