The Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering airfield project scopes such as runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, lighting systems, and related facilities while ensuring alignment with master schedules, design intent, operational requirements, and airport authority standards.
- Lead delivery of airfield scope including runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, lighting, and airside infrastructure.
- Implement and align the Project Delivery Plan with master schedule, design intent, and airport authority standards.
- Monitor construction progress, manage deliverables, and drive on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality completion of milestones.
- Oversee project planning, phasing, and sequencing to minimize operational disruptions.
- Manage change controls, track performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review cost reports, verify variations, and support commercial teams in claim avoidance and mitigation.
- Serve as primary interface among contractors, consultants, airport operators, authorities, and internal delivery teams.
- Facilitate interface management workshops and resolve design or technical issues affecting delivery.
- Establish and maintain risk registers, identify critical risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO, FAA, GACA, and other international airfield standards.
- Supervise QA/QC processes, guaranteeing materials and workmanship meet specifications.
- Support safety teams to enforce HSE regulations and airside safety protocols.
- Conduct progress reviews, manage escalations, and ensure technical and contractual conformity.
- Lead progressive handover, system readiness, and final acceptance of airfield assets, including as‑built documentation and O&M manuals.

The company is seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager with extensive airport experience to lead the execution, integration, and delivery of major airfield development works within a large‑scale airport program. The role requires strategic leadership, full oversight of project performance, and coordination across multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and stakeholder teams.
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, aviation, or construction engineering and bring at least 25 years of experience delivering large‑scale airfield or major infrastructure projects. They must demonstrate strong command of project delivery, interface management, risk control, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with international airfield standards.
Additional expertise such as professional project management certifications, experience in live airport environments, knowledge of ICAO and FAA standards, and fluency in digital delivery platforms like BIM 360 or Aconex is highly valued. Arabic language skills are also considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Aviation, or Construction Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 25 years of experience delivering large‑scale airfield or major infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces under program constraints.
- Strong knowledge of airfield engineering, airside operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI‑RMP, or Chartered Engineer certification (preferred).
- Experience delivering projects in live airport operational environments.
- Knowledge of ICAO Annexes, FAA Advisory Circulars, and international design standards.
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Aconex, or similar digital delivery platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic considered an advantage.
