  • Prepares shipping documents and packaging of material to be shipped.
  • We expect the employee to keep the manager and supervisors apprised of their progress, maintain the ability to work well with others, adhere to contract requirements, and comply with company policies/procedures as well as government processes.
  • Operates motor vehicles, forklifts, and/or other equipment as needed.
  • Routes and assigns material to storage locations.
  • Processes received in the automated inventory management system.
  • Assists with file maintenance, workspace cleanup, and reconciliation of delinquent and outstanding orders.
  • Complete dairy logs from Commercial Deliveries.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, regulations, requirements, and skills.
  • Verifies materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and any damages.
  • Manages the storage of Government-furnished equipment.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding inventory, disposition of material, and receiving requests.
  • Occasionally will be required to pick up material from a Commercial business
  • Perform storing, stacking, and palletizing of materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, ensuring locations are accurately noted in the automated inventory management system.
  • Takes inventory of stored materials to identify discrepancies.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend or squat.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Maximo, CMPro, and CAV experience are highly desired and may be used as a discriminator in the selection process.
  • Forklift license.
  • Comfortable working around exposures to hazards.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be able to climb on a ladder.

  • 5 years plus of Warehouse worker or Military equivalent experience.

  • We expect this employee to be knowledgeable in basic warehouse operations.
  • Must be able to wear safety shoes daily.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in or with government warehouse operations.
  • Must be able to work outdoors and in a warehouse
  • Must be knowledgeable in operating Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Must be eligible for secret clearance.
