Minimum 5+ years of experience in project controls and office engineering for federally funded construction projects.
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
Experience with WSDOT audits.
Strong knowledge of federal contracting processes, FAR requirements, and compliance standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects across large geographic areas.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
PMP or CCP certification is a plus.
