The Engineering Discipline Manager oversees the entire engineering team within a single discipline, aligning both quantitative and qualitative resource needs with project and operational demands. This role ensures adherence to TechnipFMC engineering design, manufacturing, and quality standards while safeguarding customer satisfaction. It also drives technical integrity, fosters knowledge sharing, and collaborates with corporate engineering centers and external service providers.

- Maintain technical integrity of the discipline.
- Define staffing and skill requirements for projects and operations.
- Develop team competencies through selection, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Validate project scope and resource allocation within the engineering organization.
- Monitor team performance and adherence to TechnipFMC processes.
- Liaise with corporate engineering centers and external service providers.
- Create and update discipline reference documentation and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing via work group activities.

Successful candidates possess a BS degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with extensive SSE experience, strong project management, communication, planning, organizational, problem‑solving abilities, and fluency in English. Required technical skills include 3D modeling, ASME Y14.5 (SSE Engineering), and accessibility, complemented by leadership competencies such as agility, growth mindset, inclusivity, cross‑functional connectivity, and customer intimacy.
