Strong understanding of manufacturing processes-production planning, materials management, and inventory control.
Familiarity with system integrations, automation, and data flow management.
Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or low-code tools a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience: 3-5 years in business analysis, enterprise application support, or ERP configuration (JD Edwards preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments and understanding of SDLC and ITIL principles.
