Partner with Market Sector and Business Development Leads to develop and execute pursuit strategies for high-priority opportunities
Lead pursuit planning and strategy sessions to identify client drivers, differentiators, win themes, and key messages
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling, client-focused narratives
Develop and manage pursuit materials, including statements of qualifications (SOQs), proposals, presentations, and interview materials
Ensure brand alignment, message consistency, and quality across all pursuit deliverables
Track pursuit performance, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in pursuit strategies, templates, and tools
Support go/no-go and capture planning processes to help the organization focus resources on the most strategic opportunities
Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure pursuit strategies, messaging, and materials are aligned and seamlessly executed
Stay informed on market trends, client priorities, and competitor positioning to inform strategic recommendations and proactive positioning efforts
Coach pursuit teams on messaging, storytelling, and interview delivery to strengthen Spheros’ presence and performance

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - including science, engineering, or technical disciplines - and experience leading pursuit strategy, positioning, and client-focused marketing efforts in professional services
