We have openings in Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI. The ideal candidate brings expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and box culvert design and will support our municipal, transportation, and site development groups.

Communicate effectively internally and externally
BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
PE license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 6 months
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Mathcad, RISA, LEAP Bridge, MDX, Eriksson Culvert, and similar software
Familiarity with WisDOT, AASTHO, ASCE, NDS, AISC design codes (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform project tasks independently
Knowledge of client and internal software required for projects
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Authorization to work permanently in the country without sponsorship
Willingness to travel out‑of‑town overnight occasionally
