Interface directly with customers to define test approaches, resolve technical challenges, and communicate results.
Operate and configure a wide range of RF test equipment, including antennas, amplifiers, LISNs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Analyze complex test data, determine compliance, and produce clear technical reports for regulatory or contractual submission.
Support HIRF and reverberation chamber testing, covering both mode‑stirred and mode‑tuned environments.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and procedural requirements while driving continuous lab improvement.
