Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.
Analyze revenue performance indicators (RevPAR, TRevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR) to identify leakage and optimization opportunities
Develop and apply asset-level market segmentation and pricing strategies
Provide input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission.
Validate forecast methodologies and accuracy across operator-submitted plans
Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.
