Managing the overall cost management of the project budget by controlling expenditures, coordinate billings, and identifying work not covered by subcontractors.
Maintain and update all document controls for the project including, but not limited to:

Contract documents, specifications, geotechnical reports, permits, clarifications, field sketches, inspections, daily field reports, sign-in sheets, meeting minutes, submittal logs, RFI logs, change order logs and safety meeting reports.
Request and review subcontractor certificates for compliance.
Obtaining occupancy of the project, including participating in the final inspections and approvals by various municipalities.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite to maintain quality and schedule.
Resolving all punch list issues prior to occupancy.
Provide weekly project updates.
Assist the Project Management & Field Management teams with:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans and financial reports.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Understand and have a working knowledge of contract documents including all drawings and specifications and clearly communicate required information to relevant teams and trades.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to present information to Trade Partners using the following tools: telephone, written logs, email, mobile devices, cameras, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred.
Internship experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Closeout, financial closeout and obtain Certificate of Substantial Completion.
Positive and collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong computer skills and general knowledge of Office 365 are required; Procore PM Software and Blue Beam knowledge is a plus.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee may infrequently drive a vehicle (intrastate and interstate travel) or be subject to air travel for purposes of Company business.
