To develop applications which can interact with the SQL database for import/export of data in specific ways by using VBA, C#, (.)NET, XML, Python, etc.
To manage the uploading of mechanical test results, data analyses, and new design allowable to our materials database.

Knowledge and experience of coding using the following: Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), C# (C-Sharp) Programming, Microsoft (.)NET Framework, Spreadsheet Gear, Microsoft SQL, XML, Python.
Membership in a relevant professional body appropriate to the region. In the UK - attained / working towards Chartered status is preferred.
Technical experience relevant to database creation, maintenance and management.
Bachelor's degree, Master's or PhD in Engineering or equivalent technical capability based on practical knowledge and experience.
Knowledge and experience of data analysis & statistical methods (Probability, Distributions, Students ‘t’, Chi Sq, Confidence Intervals, Likelihood, Polynomial Regression…etc)
An ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking to a range of technical problems.
