- Have an appreciation of technical governance procedures and how they are applied within a consulting engineering environment,
- Can demonstrate developing experience and expertise within the relevant technical field,
- Have achieved at least Incorporated Engineer status as defined by the Engineering Council, or agree to a formal training agreement leading towards Chartered Engineer status as defined by the Engineering Council and agreed on a realistic programme towards achieving a professional qualification,
- Have a Bachelors or Masters degree in an appropriate subject,
- Understand technical governance procedures within a consulting engineering environment.
- Have at least three years post qualification experience in the feasibility, design, supervision and overall management of civil engineering projects,
- Are experienced in undertaking project related tasks associated with health, safety, and welfare, and
- Have an interest or experience in delivering works in an environmentally sustainable manner, and can provide evidence of where this has been undertaken previously,
