Division Manager - Data Centres - CANADA

• Oversight of projects from land strategy and design through to construction and commissioning
• Development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the data centre division

You’re a seasoned construction leader within the Data Centre Construction Market Segment who understands the demands of complex project delivery. You're looking for a role where you can lead a business unit, not just a project.

• 10+ years of experience in contracting, data centre construction, or critical infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results across development and delivery
• Alignment with internal construction, engineering, and finance teams
• Deep knowledge of delivery models, permitting, utilities, and stakeholder engagement
• Trusted relationships with cloud providers, consultants, and engineering partners

This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area and offers a unique opportunity: to leverage your contracting and construction leadership experience to shape the strategy, execution, and long-term growth of this Data Centre Construction Division.
