- Provides daily supervision of structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and other system installations
- Inspects installations to ensure code compliance and alignment with specifications and standards
- Leads and mentors onsite low voltage teams, promoting high-performance and collaboration
- Collaborates with Project Managers to align work with design intent, budget, and schedule
- Conducts safety walks and enforces safety compliance across the job site
- Reviews shop drawings and documentation to verify accurate field execution

- Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and BICSI best practices
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure work aligns with design specifications
- 7+ years of experience supervising or managing low voltage installations
- Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel), scheduling tools, and field reporting systems
