The Role

Overview

Provide admin support for banking and cash management, including reconciliations.

Tasks

-Prepare Bank Deposits as required -Prepare journal entries when required -Process the Setup, Update or Cancellation of Tenant EFTs/PADs and Vendor PADs from the Property Administration team -Communicate and follow up with Finance and Property Administration teams of unposted transactions on the bank reconciliation -Process assigned Account Transfers and Wire Payments on various Online Banking Platforms -Update Daily Tenant EFT and Vendor PAP listings -Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Bank Reconciliations for assigned accounts -Complete assigned ad-hoc tasks received in Shared Team outlook account

What You Bring

-Must possess an aptitude for numbers -Minimum 6 months post secondary education -Previous experience completing Bank Reconciliations -Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as YARDI Voyager is considered an asset -Relationship Skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with internal departments; team player -Decision Making Skills: ability to identify, analyze and solve problems; ability to take decisive action within authorized limits -Organizational/Multi-Tasking: ability to allocate time effectively, work under pressure to meet deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; ability to work at a detailed level and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change
