As a Lead Services Specialist, you will plan and execute field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics, develop long-range forecasts for regional resource needs, and create short- and long-range resource plans that include recruitment, skills reviews, and advanced training.
You will interface with customer service managers on issue escalation, present technical insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and apply appropriate project techniques while handling diverse clients within the region, following established frameworks and negotiating client-specific conditions.
The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma, at least ten years of cementing operations experience, five-plus years of offshore Seahawk experience, proven team management and project leadership skills, and strong teamwork and English communication abilities.
