Develop and implement asset management strategies to improve operational efficiency
Assist in the integration of EAMS with other business systems
Create and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset records
Provide technical support and training to end-users on EAMS functionality
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry
Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed
Develop and document standard operating procedures for EAMS processes
Ensure data integrity and maintain database performance
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the IBM Maximo or similar EAMS platform

Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Experience with database management and SQL
Familiarity with work order management systems
Experience in industrial or facilities maintenance environments
Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Maximo or similar EAMS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of asset management principles and maintenance practices
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Proficiency in IBM Maximo or comparable Enterprise Asset Management System
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
