  • Facilitative - Leads and demonstrates value-add principles; guides the team to get the most from self-organization.
  • Help teams identify test scope and verify end-to-end process coverage.

  • Multi-platform experience with strong knowledge of SAP SD capabilities and integrations with Finance, Logistics, Project System (PS)—including complex Engineered-to-Order (ETO)—and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with large-scale implementations that require cross-team solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of order management in Sales and Distribution and SAP project execution capabilities, including industry-leading practices and technologies.
  • Operational & Performance Excellence - Effective time management; talented multi-tasker; proactive; strong organization skills; excellent teamwork.
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong Communicator - Communicates effectively with teams at all levels and functions, verbally and in writing.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban); SAFe experience highly desired.
  • Ability to manage large work efforts and coordinate distributed teams.
  • Assertive - Ensures Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to; acts as a voice of reason for the good of the program and the team.
  • Persuasive communicator able to articulate key considerations for process standardization.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing integrations using SAP PI, SAP PO, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Salesforce/SAP implementation methodology, including project management tools and techniques.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits)flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
