• Develop and execute a building strategy focused on innovation and sustainability, minimising environmental impact throughout the asset’s lifecycle.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations, including front-of-house and facilities management, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in line with the company’s asset services strategy.
• Continuously identify and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive improvements across the property portfolio by managing and optimising both hard and soft FM service providers.
• Take a proactive approach to building management to deliver an exceptional experience for tenants and visitors alike.
