Guarantee the correct management of relevant processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures.
Identify differences noted on the sales order of goods that are to be delivered and liaise with the relevant departments to rectify the issues
Create the picking/loading list for the warehouse ensuring accuracy
Issue the transport documents and relative travel documents for all outgoing goods from the Plant
Communicate with wider company departments on any issues that arise
Administrate and file all documentation produced ensuring compliance with company procedures
Check the weight of shipped products against the value recorded on the system
Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.
Identify differences in weight of shipped products compared to the registered value on the system
Deal with multiple tasks and prioritise
Support the corporate departments requiring assistance on topics of distribution logistics
Work in conjunction with relevant departments to problem solve and rectify differences on the system
