- Maintains relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Reviews general ledger accounts to the corresponding subsidiary ledger, income and expense accounts, and monthly entries for accurate coding and correct ledger amount
- Upholds confidentiality at all times
- Maintains records and files in accordance with established filing system
- Assist AP team with month end closing tasks and journal entries
- Processes accurate and timely vendor payments
- Ensures that transactions are correctly coded and verifies their compliance with financial procedures

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent preferred
- Must have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills and be comfortable working in Excel,
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and strong quantitative and analytical competency.
- Must be able to sit at a desk and type for eight hours per day and talk to employees in person and by telephone frequently throughout the day
