Working closely with fellow BI developers, analysts and Property Services teams, you will help Curo achieve its 2034 vision of proud, high‑quality homes by delivering data products that improve insight into home performance, reduce reactivity and maximise the impact of planned activities.
- Assemble and integrate diverse data sources into Curo’s Data Layer, performing necessary transformations.
- Use SQL to calculate metrics for assessing progress against the Home & Place Standard and identifying similar homes.
- Combine works order, property component, and customer data to model trends and develop predictive capabilities for future repairs and investment impact.
- Develop views and semantic models enabling non‑expert colleagues to explore data and support advanced analytics.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to capture requirements, design robust products, and ensure thorough testing.
- Collaborate with the other BI Developer to align Data Layer developments with overall architecture.
- Work closely with Data & Insight Analysts to share knowledge and align with business concepts and measures.
- Document all work in Curo’s Data HQ catalogue for clear understanding and future maintenance.
- Support the wider team to achieve team objectives and goals.

Curo seeks candidates with at least two years of experience designing database objects and transforming data in SQL, gathering operational requirements, building stakeholder relationships, and developing predictive models, preferably with knowledge of social‑housing property management.
- Minimum 2 years experience creating database objects (tables, views, stored procedures).
- Minimum 2 years experience analysing, manipulating, and transforming data in SQL.
- Experience gathering requirements from operational colleagues and delivering technical solutions.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
- Experience or knowledge of building predictive models or statistical modelling languages.
- Knowledge of property management in social housing or ability to learn quickly.
- Capability to work with large structured/unstructured data sets to identify intelligence and trends.
- Ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation for seamless handover.
