Mold Design Review
Mold Machine Set up & Production
Review mold trials and inspect first-off samples for fit, finish, and surface quality.
Coordinate with tooling, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturing standards.
Select appropriate polymers based on application and molding behavior.
Ensure induction molds are built as per design drawings and within dimensional tolerances.
Conduct root cause analysis for molding or surface defects.
Optimize injection molding parameters for consistency and minimal defects.
