- Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
- Building up and leading the Software Integration testing team to the success of project
- Reviewer of requirement specifications, Architecture specifications etc
- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
- Formulate / review software testing strategies.

- Strong Railway Domain Knowledge

- A very good experience in developing and debugging of Python code and good understanding of python libraries for test automation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand Test strategy and create Test plans, test specifications & test reports
- Experience of working on real hardware setup and Simulation.
