The Outside Plant Engineer supports all phases of utility construction across diverse telecom projects. Responsibilities include developing and managing detailed project plans, driving construction through scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation, conducting site walkouts, facilitating meetings, and meeting customer deadlines with a high level of quality.
Ideal candidates prioritize safety daily and have a proven record of delivering high‑quality work. They enjoy hands‑on problem solving, thrive in both indoor and outdoor settings, are eager to learn the telecom construction trade, and can troubleshoot issues as they arise. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software are required, and relevant MOS codes (12166, 62E1G, 12A, 12N, 12T) are a strong fit.
The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package.
