The Field Operations team member works closely with an assigned Team Lead to install solar PV systems and efficiency products, following project plans and timelines. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, efficient workspace, assisting with documentation, and upholding safety standards. New hires receive classroom and field training during the first 30 days, and all tools and safety gear are provided.
- Assist Team Lead installing solar PV systems and efficiency products
- Review project plans and drawings; communicate changes to Operations
- Maintain high quality and efficiency to meet project timelines
- Keep workspace, vehicles, tools, and safety gear clean and organized
- Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on pick/return tickets and job pack requirements
- Support project “take‑off” process, ensuring accurate and complete job packs
- Follow OSHA rules and Renu safety protocols for a safe work environment
- Update project documentation with daily updates and photo uploads
- Assist other Renu business functions as assigned
