- Management of Invoices, Repair Orders & Purchase Orders Including Approval, Coding & Submission of Payments
- Management & Development of DMS, AX & Other Related Electronic Systems as Required

- Carry Out and Assist with Data Management, Analysis, Storage & Housekeeping
- Carry Out and Review Reports, Repair Quotes/Orders & Invoices as Required
- Carry out Pre-Disposal Inspections & Reports inc Ongoing Management of Documents/Photographs
- Establish & Maintain a Sound Working Relationship with Suppliers, Business Units & Customers
- Provide Day to Day Assistance to the Operations Manager Better Motor Deals, BMD Fleet Manager & Wider Business.
- Ensure Shed, Detailing Area & Yard are Maintained, Orderly, Safe, Clean & Tidy at all Times.
- Assist with Management of Number Plates, Plate Orders, Plate Changes and Transfers
- Write up Contracts, Invoices & Documentation Associated with the Sale/Disposal of BMD Vehicles/Equipment Internally & Externally

- Previous Experience in the Management/Sale of Motor Vehicles in a Dealership Environment Desirable

- Knowledge of Fleet Management & Maintenance Principles Desirable
- Previous Experience in the use of Fleet Management & Online Fleet Support Systems
