Ensure timely reporting and compliance with internal and external standards.
Lead investigations into major incidents, breakdowns, and near misses.
Develop and deliver training content and workshops.
Support development of a digital investigation framework.
Audit training quality and onboard implementation.

At least 1 year in a shore-based technical role or 3+ years in a similar tanker company role.
