  • Conduct CI assessments of vendors, suppliers, and critical infrastructure within the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement CI strategies, plans, and procedures to mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Support the security / OPSEC / force protection program.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify potential threats, anomalies, and vulnerabilities indicative of foreign intelligence, sabotage, or other malicious activity.
  • Serve as the Counterintelligence (CI) SME providing expertise and support to the organization's Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program.
  • Develop and deliver CI awareness and training programs tailored to SCRM personnel and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain CI threat profiles of adversaries targeting the organization's supply chain.
  • Participate in counterintelligence investigations.
  • Produce timely written recommendations and assessments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, law enforcement, and industry partners, to share information and coordinate CI efforts related to SCRM.
  • Conduct briefings and debriefings.
  • Participate in SCRM exercises and simulations to test the effectiveness of CI countermeasures.
  • Support the organization's efforts to comply with relevant regulations and standards related to SCRM and CI.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SCRM policies and procedures.
  • Write operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
  • Use numerous search engines to obtain up-to-date open sources and classified information for use in briefings.
  • Monitor open-source intelligence (OSINT) and other sources to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Conduct CI inquiries related to supply chain incidents, compromises, and potential threats.

  • Knowledge of supply chain security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-161, ISO 28000).
  • Prior experience in a government agency or defense contractor supporting SCRM.
  • Defense Counterintelligence Agents Course (DCAC) (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience conducting vendor risk assessments and due diligence.
  • Strong briefing skills/ability to present to small and large audiences.
  • DOD TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Familiarity with supply chain attack vectors and mitigation strategies.
  • Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active "Top Secret/SCI" clearance to be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
