Leading projects and advising clients to provide integrated commercial, technical, and transaction advisory assignments in the Social Infrastructure, Water, Energy and other emerging sectors. Responsible for coordinating the production of business plans and due diligence reports, ensuring consistency and quality.
Coordinating project teams and assist with management, training and development of the wider team.
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new clients. Pursue opportunities and lead the conversion into projects.
Representing WSP at client meetings – the candidate needs to demonstrate a good range of client management skills.
Leading the analysis and preparing high quality reports, conveying complex commercial and technical issues in a simple form.

Experience working in a leading engineering consultancy firm, or other specialist consultancy
Experience in managing teams and coordinating delivery of workstreams to tight deadlines
12+ years of relevant post education experience in discipline, and in a management consulting or client advisory capacity.
Strong experience in managing the review and approval of documents and discipline-specific deliverables, certifications, processes, and plans in a multi-project environment is highly desirable.
Master’s Degree is preferred.
Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering a number of complex and/or high profile social infrastructure consulting projects in the last 5 years is essential. Water and Energy projects’ experience is a plus.
A comprehensive knowledge of all major relevant software packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, etc.).
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English is required and additional language skills would be desirable. Arabic is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree level in engineering, with a master’s degree in project finance.
Ability to develop client-facing relationships, with confidence communicating effectively with senior management teams of clients
