Development, installation, configuration and testing of Mission Planning software products.Provide effective Level 1, 2 and 3 application support to ensure all mission systems are working and meet the operational needs of users
Identifying and managing program and technical risks and issues within the support to operations scope.
Software testing, including unit testing.
Technical support to the development, introduction to service, sustainment and evolution of software and hardware, data, tools and processes in fixed and deployed environments for ADF mission planning systems.
Provide user, data and application support on Defence strategic networks
Develop, manage, and maintain software, hardware and system configurations for Mission Planning Systems.
Meet assigned tasks within Project deliverables. Identifying and managing Program and technical risks and issues within the support to operations scope.
Reviewing, verifying, and improving Technical, Engineering and Cyber Security documentation produced in support of Mission Planning System development and sustainment.

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager – Application definition, deployment and monitoring
Working knowledge of Aviation Mission Planning and knowledge of AC-C2CS environment
Administrative level knowledge of Enterprise Mobile Device Management software.Administrative level knowledge of iOS operating system and mobile devices.
Microsoft based Software Scripting e.g. PowerShell and Batch.

Administrative level knowledge of hypervisor technologies – e.g. VMWare and Hyper-V.Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator, or similar Enterprise-level security management platforms.
Experience in software development environments.
