Taking charge of CSRD compliance, focusing on our European portfolio initially, and expanding to global operations. This includes:
Supporting the corporate reporting process, including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the calculation of the GHG emissions inventory (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), and ensuring the associated assurance processes are completed efficiently.
Establish yourself as the go-to expert on sustainability reporting, and leading training strategies to empower teams.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and meet deadlines.
Conducting gap analysis, assessing risks and opportunities, and creating detailed project plans to meet 2026 implementation targets.
Identifying environmental and sustainability regulations within Europe and the UK. Managing the development and implementation of processes and procedures that will ensure Linxon maintains compliance against the legislative requirements.
Championing the application of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards such as the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) framework and the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards.
Analyzing data to improve sustainability performance and reviewing existing policies to drive progress.
Leading the development and execution of the Linxon Sustainability Plan.
Leading external assurance for the Double Materiality Process.

Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to advise and communicate recommendations to key stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (including TCFD) and pre-CSRD frameworks.
Knowledge and understanding of reporting standards such as IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards.
Extensive experience in sustainability reporting across medium to large businesses.
Strong project management experience, with a track record of managing multi-stakeholder and complex projects.
Extensive years of relevant experience in the similar role.
Highly IT literate with excellent written, numeracy, and presentation skills.
Expertise in EU and UK environmental and sustainability legislation.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive results, and implement large-scale initiatives.
