Your role focuses on maintaining plant installations at client premises in the South East region, covering parts of East London and areas around the M25 toward Uxbridge. This independent position involves early starts on varied days, a roster of multiple sites and regular collaboration with a team of plant specialists across four London regions.
The role is a permanent field position based at client sites. All employees must follow health and safety policies, use equipment and PPE correctly, report hazards, and participate in training and emergency procedures to maintain a safe, tidy and compliant workplace.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor plant displays at multiple client sites each day.
- Provide friendly, high‑quality customer service, complete site reports and keep accurate records.
- Work closely with Team Leader and Line Manager to ensure routes are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Follow risk assessments and method statements to uphold a strong safety record.
- Deliver excellent customer service, consistently going the extra mile.
- Navigate the South‑East region confidently, driving a company van to client sites.
- Perform physically active tasks such as watering, using stepladders and stools.
