5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR Business Partnering.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency and productivity while adjusting to changes in work structure process, and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent course.
Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.
Experience working with various stakeholders for HR.
Previous experience of working in an MNC in a role with global exposure is preferred.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Works independently to craft solutions.
Ability to maintain good employee relationships with the ability to initiate ways to improve employee support and experience.
