  • Wear PPE protection for body, vision, and hearing protection
  • Undertake work in a timely and efficient manner to meet deadlines, changing priorities when the situation requires
  • Execute work in accordance with Oceaneering Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Systems.
  • Ensure inspection is undertaken within the parameters of the applicable specification.
  • Evaluate results of the test in accordance with applicable specification.
  • Work in confined spaces, kneel, jump, run, work while lying on stomach/back, crawl, and use repetitive movements of the arms and hands
  • Climb stairs/ladders, stand, balance, stoop, squat, reach, and lift/carry objects
  • Produce a clear and concise report detailing the methods used in and results of the inspection and all finding noting any limitations / test restrictions is applicable.
  • Perform routine equipment / consumable function tests to ensure everything is in good working order. Any issues must be reported directly to supervision.
  • Undertake specific projects as directed by Oceaneering Management.
  • Identify color differences
  • Assist with any other duties as directed by Oceaneering Management.
  • Undertake Risk Assessments/Take 2 as required.
  • Undertake Visual Testing [VT], Ultrasonic Testing [UT], Magnetic Particle Testing [MT], Penetrant Testing [PT], Radiographic Testing [RT], Eddy Current Testing {ET] techniques to components requiring inspection.
  • Operate a motor vehicle
  • Undertake work in accordance with Oceaneering & Client operating procedures and statutory/client specifications and requirements.
  • Wear PPE for skin protection
  • Ensure that work area is safe to carry out NDT activities.

  • Diploma Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (E)
  • Lift 20-50 pounds
  • Flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to foster a team-oriented mindset for effective problem-solving (Essential)
  • IRATA Rope Access Level 1 Training [site specific requirement]
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (Preferred)
  • Twist body, sit with back supported, head forward/flexed, head tilted/rotated, and work with arms extended overhead.
  • Requires working on or near moving equipment and vibrating equipment.
  • Penetrant Testing [PT]
  • Constant exposure to airborne dust, fumes, and gases.
  • Eddy Current Testing [ET] - To progress upon satisfactory completion of L2 VT, UT, MP, PT, RT training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and other Windows-based applications (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Essential)
  • Valid Full UAE driving license (P)
