- Coordinate and integrate design work between the architectural discipline and other engineering disciplines.
- Prepare procurement and subcontract requisition documents and perform associated technical bid evaluations with award recommendations.
- Resolve technical issues with customers and construction.
- Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions.
- Perform code reviews and generate code compliance reports/ drawings.
- Prepares or assists in the preparation of cost estimates and quantity take-offs for architectural elements.

- Experience in the design of Nuclear facilities.
- For Revit be capable of Family creation and modification, Parameter adding and modification, producing and modifying schedules, working with clash detection, modeling and architectural detailing and working and coordinating with multiple software programs to create Revit models
- BS degree in Architecture, from an accredited university, with at least 9 years of relevant experience or in lieu of a degree 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experienced in coordinating a multi-discipline design team.
- Proficient with the practices and procedures of NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, IBC, UFCs, and the USGBC LEED Rating System.
- Registered Architect in the United States.
- Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Experienced with producing a full, well-coordinated, detailed set of architectural construction documents.
- Experienced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite- Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understanding of engineering planning and control methods.
- Knowledgeable in the principles of Systems Engineering.
- LEED AP certified professional.
- Proficient with Autodesk design suite (e.g. Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD) to originate 3D model content and produce design deliverables in a multidisciplinary model environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Sketchup.
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
- Experienced with architectural design, production techniques, building materials, and construction methods or development of project deliverables.
- Understand and perform the standard architectural work planning, scheduling, and job hour estimating process.
- US citizenship or legal resident.
- Skilled in oral and written communication.
- Experience with developing CSI MasterFormat specifications or SpecsIntact preferred.
- Understands technical issues and costs related to the selection of design features and unique architectural requirements.
