Global renewable energy developer financing, building, owning and operating utility‑scale solar and storage projects worldwide.
Contribute to various internal and external reporting requirements, including investor presentations, CIMS documentation, Investment Committee (IC) presentations, etc.
Support fundraising activities by preparing documentation and leading due diligence efforts, including managing investor queries and responses.
Build and manage detailed financial models to assess renewable energy projects and acquisition opportunities.
Understand and assess different Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) structures, including utility-scale bids and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments.
Monitor and interpret Indian renewable energy market trends, regulatory developments, and policy frameworks, and analyze their impact on project economics.
Collaborate with Energy Origination/Markets, Business Development, Project Development, and Operations teams on greenfield renewable projects across technologies.
Evaluate and manage solar, wind, and BESS projects throughout their lifecycle by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when required.
