What you would be doing

  • Provide updates of shipments status and resolve any internal customer concern.
  • Ensure trailers are picked up the same day of these were scheduled.
  • Ensure time events and documents are updated in OTM/SAP.
  • Ensure the upload of POD into OTM and SAP
  • Back up Outbound dispatcher for any of the locations
  • Monitor the status of shipments scheduled and resolve an problem may arise during the process.
  • Coordinate non OTM OB shipments and expedites required, including Finished Goods Returns

  • Experience with US and MX Customs Import & Export.
  • Solid Knowledge with International and Domestic shipping experience

  • Effective organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and plan work.
  • 1+ year of related professional experience
  • Communication Skills, capable to create good inter-functional rapport.
  • Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
