The Realty Investment Advisor - AR/EU is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibilities include analyzing market trends to advise clients on profitable real estate investment opportunities, developing effective investment strategies, managing property portfolios, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the investment process. Additionally, the advisor will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and investment goals are met.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
• Strong knowledge of Investment Strategies and Finance concepts
• Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Prior experience in real estate or investment advisory is an advantage
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or European languages is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Financial Planning and Investments
• Proficiency in analyzing real estate markets and identifying investment opportunities
