Description

The Installer role covers all aspects of installing the company’s product lineup—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items—according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Install company products per work orders, manufacturer specs, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily schedule and ensure truck is loaded with required products, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct vehicle safety and job‑site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at the job site.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license when operating a company vehicle, and be prepared for local travel with occasional out‑of‑town trips. The position demands prolonged standing, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 lb, and good hand‑eye coordination.
