Tasks
-Technical Expertise and Reporting: Provide expert technical guidance and produce high-quality environmental reports and management plans. -Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards and Defence policies. -Program and Stakeholder Support: Support NAM program offices through visible leadership and technical guidance. Engage with Defence stakeholders to ensure service alignment and technical assurance. -Team Integration: Support the Base teams and work as a Team-of-Teams integrator and facilitator across the state and region. -Team Culture and Capability: Foster a positive team culture and support workforce capability development. -Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance through audits and compliance programs. -Data and Digital Transformation: Maintain accurate estate data and support digital transformation initiatives. -Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. -Planning and Delivery: Lead planning and delivery of land management activities, ensuring alignment with contract KPIs.

What You Bring
-Tertiary qualifications in Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Science or similar -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills -Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance -Proficiency with GIS and estate data systems -Experience in land management within Defence or complex environments -Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities -Must be eligible to hold a NV1 Defence Security Clearance As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police.
