  • KPI Development: Track and report key performance indicators (utilization, profitability, backlog, etc.) to monitor financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Scenario & Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Process Improvement: Support initiatives to streamline financial processes, reporting tools, and data visualization dashboards.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with project managers, principals, and business unit leaders to provide insights on project and office-level performance.

  • Ingenuity – seeking new opportunities and consistently identifying unexpected and practical ways to solve problems.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and tell a story effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience working on M&A valuation at the organizational level.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting. Experience in professional services or project-based industries (AEC, consulting, engineering) preferred.
  • Proven background in developing and analyzing project performance and project cost along with resource and capacity plan modeling.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (experience with BI tools such as Power BI, BI analytics).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
