  • Teamwork: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with construction personnel and trade partners.
  • Training: Carpentry trade qualification or ticket (apprentices at any level welcome).
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in the construction industry.
  • Mobility: Must have independent transportation and flexibility to travel to various sites
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, tools, and trade management.
  • Technology Forward: Tools including Procore, Site Docs, Smartsheet, and Teams.
  • Trade Management: Some experience coordinating or overseeing trades on-site, with the ability to support scheduling, quality, and safety
  • Communication: Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Personable - builds strong relationships with team members and trade partners.
  • Independence: Ability to work effectively without close supervision.
