Standardize SOPs, documentation, safety/quality processes, and operating rhythms across acquired sites.
Drive issue resolution, remove roadblocks, and ensure clarity in roles and expectations during integration. Systems & Process Integration
Coordinate integration of equipment, product lines, and manufacturing IP into broader operations.
Support harmonization of ERP/MRP systems, planning tools, procurement workflows, and other operational systems.
Partner with leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, and Commercial.
Build and manage integration timelines, milestones, risks, and communication plans. Cross-Functional Project Leadership
