- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support on design and site-based projects when required.
- Partner with the State GM to shape the strategic direction of Intrax WA, turning vision into action with your team.
- Manage existing client relationships while driving business development and securing new opportunities.
- Lead our Residential, Building Engineering, and Site Investigation teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and service excellence.
- Monitor and report on financial budgets and KPIs, ensuring team performance aligns with business objectives.
- Develop goals and professional growth plans for your team in alignment with company strategy.
